Hi Sandra, Thank you for your interest! I’m bizbis on Ravelry. I’m afraid that so many people have volunteered, I have multiple testers for most sizes, unless you are a plus size (50″ bust or more). I’ll add you as a friend on Rav, though, so at least you can find and contact me there! Cheers, E

Elizabeth, is plus size 50 include the ease of 12″ then I could be a tester. Would like to try it in a black and white so the black miimizes the bust area. I’m 1artist on Ravelry, but sort of a slow knitter with sweaters especially large ones. get back to me

Hi Diane, Thank you so much for your interest! The testing process is almost complete, so it’s a bit late to get in at that stage. You can follow me on Rav or join the Rav Plainstitch group to keep abreast of test knits. I like your black and white color blocking idea! I’ll post more detailed sizing info when the pattern is published, but f.y.i. size 2x is to fit a bust size of 50″, and adds 12″ of positive ease for a final measurement of 62″. It’s meant to be relaxed and oversized, but IMHO it is a surprisingly quick knit even so! :-)

      Cheers,
      E

Hi, I really, really, love this sweater. It is just the type of clothing I wear most of the time. You did a beautiful design. Your sweater is perfect. I love the length, the sizing, and the pocket is just right. I am most probably not a good enough test knitter for this.(unless you truly want to see how easy it is to knit.) I would appreciate it if you would give me an earburn when you have the pattern out. Please consider the larger woman with sizes. You know XL would be well received. ;) I think I have the perfect yarn picked out. Now, I am off to join the plain stitch group. akann on Ravelry .

Hello Ann, I am so glad you like my first sweater design! Test knitting is in the final stages anyway, so I will happily ear burn you when the pattern is ready. I do my best to design for women of all sizes, and Chelsea Morning is especially versatile due to its simplicity ~ I believe you’ll find the size range adequate! :-)

Absolutely great pattern! I can’t believe this is your first one! Fantastic job. I don’t know what ear burn means, but I am assuming it’s a Ravelry notification thingy, so please add me to your earburn-list :) McMartina on Ravelry – thanks so much and happy 2014!

Hi Martina, thank you for your comment! Yes, ear burning is a Ravelry notification thingy :-)) and I’m happy to add you to my list (you’ll receive a Ravelry message with a link to a forum post announcing the release). The pattern should become available within the first week or two of the new year… Which, wow, is tomorrow! Cheers and Happy 2014 to you!!! ~E
